Toward Understanding Global Governance

Since 1991, The Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS) and the American SOciety of International Law (ASIL) have annually co-sponsored a two-week workshop on international organizations for scholars and practicioners, which purposes are :
to enhance the professional development of younger teachers and scholars in international organization studies; to renew the links between international lawyers and international relations experts ; and to build working relations between university-based scholars, members of the secretariats of international organizations and staff of nongovernmental organizations.
